Danny Worsnop Releases New Solo Single "Ain't No Use"

Danny Worsnop, the English singer-songwriter and frontman of Asking Alexandria, has released his latest single "Ain't No Use" on January 17, 2025. This latest track continues Worsnop's solo journey in country and blues-influenced rock.

"Ain't No Use" is a reflective look at life's stages, exploring the tension between the desire for change and self-acceptance. The song's narrative spans from youthful dreams to adult heartbreak, ultimately concluding that while love can inspire the wish to change, fundamentally it might not be possible.

In addition to "Ain't No Use," Worsnop released another country single titled "The Bed I Made" in November, 2024. He has shared with fans on Instagram that they can expect plenty of live performances and a new album in 2025.

Throughout his career, Worsnop has demonstrated his versatility as a musician. In addition to his work with Asking Alexandria, he formed the hard rock band We Are Harlot in 2011 and released their self-titled debut album in 2015. Worsnop has also pursued a solo career, releasing his country-inspired debut album "The Long Road Home" in 2017, followed by "Shades of Blue" in 2019.

Worsnop, born on September 4, 1990, in Beverley, England, has had a diverse musical career spanning multiple genres. He first gained prominence as the lead vocalist of the metalcore band Asking Alexandria, which he co-founded with Ben Bruce in 2008. The band's debut album, "Stand Up and Scream," released in 2009, catapulted them to success in the metal scene.

Worsnop's musical journey has been marked by both challenges and growth. He has been open about his past struggles with addiction and how music has served as a form of therapy for him. His ability to navigate different genres and projects showcases his adaptability as an artist, from his early days in metalcore to his more recent country and blues-influenced solo work.
