Country Newcomers The Lockhearts Unveil New Track "My Boy"

Country sister duo, The Lockhearts, have released their new track "My Boy" in December 2024. This latest release, along with October's "Paper Doll," signify the lead up to their first ever EP.
Sisters, Paige and Kate, are multi-instrumentalists, with Paige playing acoustic guitar, electric guitar, ukulele, and piano, while Kate plays acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, ganjo, ukulele, piano, and provides whistling for their songs. Their musical influences range from country artists like Kacey Musgraves and Ingrid Andress to rock bands like Def Leopard and Imagine Dragons.
The duo released their debut single "Graveyard" earlier this year, written during the Covid pandemic as a breakup song and refined with guidance from Kimberly Perry of The Band Perry. Following this, they released "Lorelei" on September 20, 2024, a song written by Paige about the temporary loss of a childhood friendship.
The Lockhearts aim to write music that connects with people on an emotional level, whether through sadness, hope, or peace. Their name, suggested by their father, symbolizes their bond as sisters.
